Did you ever have service at home? How long have you been a customer?

i live in lund bc v0n2g0 i have been a customer on the telus system for 20 years. analog worked fine if  you could get on.....cdma was marginal.... the iphone i bought a couple of years ago has never worked. rogers system works somewhat here...yours sucks...think if i buy a new phone it will not be from you guys

Koodo operates on the same network as Telus. Telus owns Koodo.

If Telus worked awesome there. Than Koodo will work decently there. It's the exact same network so maybe it's a phone issue.

telus only worked well when we were analog. your signal at my house is -97 dbm from a 12 element yagi antenna measured by a tektronics 496 spectrum analizer. it sucks

Well. If Koodo doesn't meet your needs, feel free to go elsewhere!
