Why won't my roaming data work?

I have a smsung A5 (2017) and I cannot get the roaming data to work.
I purchased the package prior to leaving the country. My roaming data is on. I went into self serve and attempted to add the 'international roaming for $0" and only got an error message.
Please help!! I don't know what else to try!
I am here for a month and need My data!

Beware the excessive data costs when roaming internationally. Unless you only need the smallest amount, I'd pick up a local prepaid Sim card. In the meanwhile, if it keeps giving you an error, send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter to get it looked at and added. Make sure you explain you are getting an error message so you don't get charged.

Check your add ons to see if that one is already on your account. If it's not and you're getting an error message when trying to add it, send Koodo a Facebook message or Twitter DM and they'll be able to troubleshoot your account and see why.

Stacey, try putting the phone on airplane mode for 30 seconds and back. Let us know if that helps.
