What does it say the $15 charge was for on your bill? I'm expecting it's the tab charge and if it is then that's the monthly charge for the phone you purchased that you pay off each month for the next 24 months.

both our phone bills are $65.00 each but on his it shows 15.00 plus the 65.00.mine its shows 15.00 plus the 50.00 which comes to the 65.00.why is it that?

If you go to self-serve, you can download your bills in PDF format. That document will show all the details of your charges.

The logout selection is under your profile name in the upper right hand corner of the page.

The representative who sold you the plan should have explained it to you, also on the bill itself you are invited to review "first bill" prorated information. But yes, the first bill is always higher than subsequent bills due to having to pay the full next billing cycle plus the few days before that.

Hey Darlene!

You should definitely have received a bill notification - I'll give your the steps to follow in order to double check that your notifications are properly set up.

1. Log into your self-serve account
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select > View transaction history
3.From the Sub-menu bar, select the second last option for > change bill type/notifications
4.If you see that everything is already properly selected, you can always deselect the notifications, confirm the change and then go back to select your preferred method.

Everything should be alright for when you next bill comes out - let us know if you need further assistance!

Have a great day :)
