i got the phone like maybe 2 weeks ago if that and I just paid the bill in full a few days ago there is no way I when over 500 I used it for one min to send a quick message on messenger

@ Maggie, your plan is a $40 one unlimited min plan with no data. Indeed there is a $5 charge because that plan has pay per use data.
