Why was I charged $100 Tab when I was never informed of that in advance?

Never was it suggested that I would have to pay $100 Tab. Why was I charged that on my September bill?

Did you purchase a new phone? If so it likely had a tab balance applied to it. All those deals that you see for $0 just mean $0 up front, and then you pay monthly for the phone.

When purchasing a new device, the $0 up front cost does not mean the device is free. It means there is no up front charge, the price is paid monthly on a no interest type loan called a tab.
