Why was I billed twice?

Two charges of the same amount appear on my credit card bill right after each other.  Just wondering why that happend and how do I go about getting a refund or credit?

I already sent an email to Koodo last week and have had nothing back at all.

Is the account under your name Ian? I found one account matching your first and last name in BC but found no double charges on that.

@Ian: Did you pay twice? are you a postpaid or prepaid customer?To get a refund, you need to contact Koodo directly. You could also send message to their facebook to avoid the wait on phone

It was on my credit card, so I HAVE to pay that. :)    I did contact them directly and heard nothing back, now I've got a call in and they're supposed to call me. Guess we'll see.

No need to. :-)  This maybe something with your credit card company as we only have one payment that came through. If we had 2 you would have a credit on your account which you currently do not have.
