Why no email notification???

Every month, I end up paying my bill late.  Because I do not receive EMAIL notification that a bill has been issued.

I do receive a TEXT message, but I do NOT use text messages.  I do NOT use them.

Is there no way to receive an EMAIL notification that a bill is due???

You should receive an email that your bill is due if you have enabled that, have you checked your spam folder? Another way you won't forget to pay on time is by enabling automatic payments.

Hi Michel F. Lukawecki you say you receive the text which is really all that matters isn't it even if you don't use text you still receive the text and a notification letting you know in your notification tray that you'd see when you check your email notifications.

@Michel, as per Sophia if you log into your account  you can certainly enable email notification. You can actually have bots SMS and email if you so wish. :-)

Just tried this, and the option doesn't seem to be available. There's an issue navigating between the old and new Koodo UI. I'm also trying to define my email as a notification option.
