Why my Koodo contribution changed?

Why my Koodo contribution changed when it says :" Customers who activated prior to April 19, 2015, are not affected by this change until they upgrade." I was activated my phone end of November 2014.

In the beginning Koodo contributed  $7.50 and from  May they are just contributing $6.07. I just don`t know why...It supposed to be my balance -$143.91  if I am calculating 13 month X koodo $6.07 + my tab $5.00...If they would stay with $7.50 than my balance would be -$ 112.50
