Why my email and Koodo number is unable to regiter Prepaid Self Serve?

I have my number from a Koodo-Store, and when I try to register for the first time to a Prepaid Self Serve my email and number is unable to do it. Why?

When I put my 10-digits number to receive a code I have this message: * The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here.

So, after click I go to "Email Verification" to reset my password, and I receive another message: We’re unable to verify your email.

So... what can I do now???

PS: This is my firt time creating a Prepaid Self Serve account in the site, I never created it before.
PS2: My Koodo number is correct.

I would call Koodo. *611 from your Koodo phone.
Tell them you tried to register for the Prepaid Self Serve,but it didn't work.
They will help you.

Yeah! But they charge me 5 dollars (to talk with rep help) and I don't wanna to pay in this case.

They don't charge you for this because you couldn't do it/(System didn't let you register it).
You will need to tell them you tried register self serve account by your self but it didn't let you.

There is no charge if it is something you can't do at Self Serve.
Make sure you tell the agent you were unable to do it yourself at self serve.

thanks everyone i wiull call them,about selfserve,but i tried my pin number and it finally worked why i dont know
