Why Koodo?

Have been with Koodo for years. Time for a new phone but I went to the Koodo kiosk in White Oaks Mall in london ontario. I think they just grabbed some guy off the street. Every question that I asked was answered with ,I think so or a should be. Went into the Virgin store in the same mall with my girlfriend and was amazed at the knowledge and support. She ended up buying the phone that I had been planning on getting from Koodo but was afraid after couldn't get any answers. Am thinking about going to Virgin myself now. Were they just having a bad day? does anyone know of a knowledgeable location to buy a Koodo phone, plan in the London area?

Maybe you got someone new. My personal experience with their staff at the store has been pretty good. There are tons of knowledgable folks here ask away whatever you'd like to know about a phone or plan.

Thanks Rudy, I guess I need to educate myself better as well. I received a notice from Koodo that I qualify for a Galaxy S3 for 0 dollars on the small tab. I was trying to compare it to the Galaxy 4 and see if I was better to step up.
I've done some research on my own since but still debating on switching to Virgin, seems like similar plans and like I mentioned they had 3 people working that day and each and everyone of them seemed so helpful and knowledgeable that I was envious of my girlfriend who is a virgin customer by the end of the day.

Good morning Nabil, It was the kiosk in the White Oaks Mall in London Ontario, on Sunday Feb 1st around noon.
Yes, he may have been a newer employee and we all need to learn but if you don't know then you need to learn to ask someone who does or redirect the customer. Guessing should not be an option. I left knowing that I will never go back to that Kiosk, may try another location, may try another company.

I'm really surprised by that. That's my local Koodo retailer and I haven't had anything but pleasant dealings with them. Sorry to hear about your experience.

Maybe I am being too harsh, everyone is entitled to a bad day. I will stop in again the next time that I am in town

I agree with Confused that the service in White Oaks Mall is horrible , But the phone customer service is worse I am looking at other providers as well
