I am signed up for Easy roam. I have traveled to the US before and used it with no issues. This time, however, calls and texts won't go through, and I am receiving a message that I can only make "emergency calls," or the "mobile network is unavailable." This is very irritating!
If Dinh's suggestion changes nothing the most likely reason could be network coverage. No Canadian company has a network in the US. We all piggy back on the networks of the big US carriers. Coverage can be spotty depending on location and unfortunately we have zero control over that.
