Why is there such a price difference between the plans being advertised in the online shop versus what I am offered in the selfserve tab?

I just transferred my plan from work. I have a small existing tab and want to change my plan to one with more data. I spent ages looking in the 'shop' tab and then switched to my plan and tried to change it from there. There's a BIG price difference. Why is this?

Which plan did you see for how much before and after? Were you looking at a different province before logging into your self-serve?

If you are currently on tab large plan (even if the remaining is small), plans available are limited to switch to tab large plans. You can always payoff your tab though. What name is the account under? Maybe I could look what is going on.

L, there are several things to check.
1- Make sure the infos is for the right province: (Prices for Sasck differ from On which differ from QC)
2- Verify what TAB system you have: (90% of client are on the new system but double check)
3- If you're still paying your TAB, which one of the 3 classes you have : Small, Med or Large. (Plans vary accordingly.)
