My husbands phone is not working. I just got a bill yesterday that says $71.30 is outstanding. We did not get a bill in December, seriously, and now just got this one. Is that why his phone is not working? He called me from work just now using a friends phone.
For not getting a bill in December, you can call customer service and ask because community members are volunteer members who cannot access private information on accounts. And by not working, do you mean not getting service or can you just not connect to Koodo at all?
