why is my pre authorized payment not gone thru my acct? (2 months)

had my koodo for just over 30 days and have been billed 60 days on my koodo page but has not shown up on my bank account.  I've doubled checked the acct. numbers and they are correct.  What is the difference between e-bill and pre-authorised payments?

E-Bill = PDF Document explainning your bill

Pre-Authorized payments = Koodo taking money automatically every month from your bank account or credit card.

If you are sure everything is correct, contact Koodo using *611 from your Koodo and speak with an agent about your pre-authorized payments. It usually takes a month for it to come into effect, but by now it should also take it.
