Check your self-serve to see if everything'S all right.

By deactivation, you meant you could not call anyone? or the phone reported "no service"? What would happen when someone call you?

If your selfserve reported your account was active and you didn't own Koodo money, then it could be technical issues, either with the Phone or the SIM, or you were out of the service area.

When did that happen? was it a new iphone?

Assuming your account is active and no problem, I would test the SIM with another Koodo/Telus phone and see if it was the phone problem. If that change one doesn't work, replace your SIM card.
