Koodo time is 3 minutes faster than the real time, check https://www.time.gov/ to see for yourself.  Could you please fix that?   This is a pain as text message responses from people on systems properly configured appear BEFORE the question I asked.  This type of thing is SUPER confusing.

My phone is synced up perfectly to that website. Are you using manual or automatic date and time on your phone? If you are using automatic then it should be synced as well.

Synced up here perfectly as well, definitely not a koodo error.

Agreed. It definitely sounds like your date and time is set to manual. Check the settings on your phone.

Ok, stupid me.  I assume all phones would be set to automatically sync time but apparently not.

Fixed now :)
