why is my data not working

it should be working out of 2.0 gb I have used 198mb.  I am confused why all of a sudden it stopped working

Hi Pamela, make sure your data in enabled in your phones settings and that your APN settings are still set to those of Koodo's.

First try a simple reboot of the device however.

Below are Koodo's APN settings make sure yours match these in your settings menu under mobile network settings.

APN: sp.koodo.com
Port: 80
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http ://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc
MMS Proxy server:
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: No set
APN type: No set

Tap menu key, then tap Save.
