I have an iPhone 8 and I am on Koodo's prepaid unlimited texting plan. I have a data add on for emergencies. Recently I noticed that on Koodo's website it says that I have used 0.713 of my data. Since I purchased the plan data has been turned off and there are no apps that are allowed to use it. In addition, my phone says that no data has been used. When I looked on my usage history it shows many uses of data but they were all listed as 0mb, most at times when I was not using my phone. How do I stop this happening? I know that I have not used any data and yet Koodo is charging me for it.
