why is my bill so high this month?

Why I my bill for October 2016 over $20 higher than the usual amount? I cannot find any route to an explanation. I paid the bill, but would love to see a breakdown of your charges. How did you arrive at this amount, by drawing numbers out of a hat? I tried to contact Customer Service but  I have forgotten my password. As for your security question, I have never heard of that one before, not for  Koodo nor any other company. I find you very inaccessible. I would like to see a breakdown of charges provided with the bill.

Click SELF SERVE, and after you sign in click VIEW USAGE. Above your name click View My Bill.

Be sure to look at page 3 of your bill. That's where the numbers "drawn out of a hat" will show up. It's very likely you went over your data. Or I suppose 40 minutes of overage. Security questions are very common actually. I come across them constantly, especially when it comes to bills. You need your pin to talk to customer service but if you tell them that you forgot your pin you will b asked questions to verify your identity. If you cannot remember the security question when you select "forgot my password" in self-serve, you'll likely be required to have your account re-created.
