How did you arrive at this amount, by drawing numbers out of a hat? I tried to contact Customer Service but I have forgotten my password. As for your security question, I have never heard of that one before, not for Koodo nor any other company. I find you very inaccessible. I would like to see a breakdown of charges provided with the bill.
