why is my bill not emailed to me this time

Hmm. Did you perhaps accidentally change your bill type or turn off notifications? You can still always access your bills in Self Serve as well.

Mobile Masters don't have access to your account. You can change your bill preferences via Self Serve.

I know I can get the self serve but I want email to me so I can print it out and put it in my monthly files
