Hi Alex,

What exactly is the airtime charge coming from? Is it roaming, long distance, international calls? Take a look at page 3 of your bill for more information.

Three calls to MY number and one call to a 416- number I don't recognize.

Bernard; that's not correct. I did purchase a 10 day US roaming add-on. But like I said above, I thought I ordered talk and text, but it seems I only ordered text. I have been back in Canada since early afternoon March 12th. There were two airtime charges from earlier that day, when I received calls from US numbers wishing me a happy birthday.

So, it would seem I ordered the wrong add-on and have been charged for calls accordingly. Thanks for your help.

My bad Alex.....I see it now. There were a few changes in the last month or so, from seasonal hold to dropping the US LD service to switching back to a plan. I see the US text roaming indeed now.

All good Bernard. Any way I could still get the March 12 charges waived? If for no other reason than they were inbound calls on my birthday? Worth asking, right?

You can contact Koodo directly in cade Bernard doesnt get back to you on her. Just shoot them off a pm via facebook or twitter. They are pretty good about waiving charges and it deffinitely is worth a shot!
