why hasn't my data restarted after I pay my bill at the bank , how long will it take ?

i just paid my bill at the bank yesterday but yet my data hasn't re started and my account still says I owe the money that i just paid ???

It takes 2-3 business day for banks to transfer money to koodo. If you pay it directly on the koodo site it's faster.

As Rudy said, through bank money transfers it can take a few days for it to process. In the future, if you use a credit card then it is typically processed in a mater of minutes! Depending on your plan, you can also set it up so that Koodo takes the money from your account every month and that way you don't have to wait to get your data reset!

The guys are right, a payment made at the bank may take up to five business days to be processed. Also, remember that your data count resets in the first day of the new billing cycle.

On the other hand, if the payment has already been processed and you still cannot connect to your data, some further troubleshooting may be needed. Please reboot your phone and let us know how this worked for you!
