I've been with Koodo for over 6 or 7 years now. I fully pay my bills ahead of time, each and every month, and have been a great customer to you. So why is it that with other phone companies, if you're loyal to them and pay your shit on time, they'll be just as loyal in return and start giving better deals as time goes on? I have never once received a message from Koodo thanking me or even attempting to give me any kind of deals. At one point, around 2 years ago, I found out BY MYSELF that I was on a plan that was outdated and there was an exact same plan as mine that was cheaper. NOT A SINGLE PERSON FROM KOODO THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE SOMETHING I'D LIKE TO KNOW. You guys are scammers and don't give a crap about your customers. I don't know if you've gone online recently to look at your reviews but you have 1.8 stars out of 5. Not looking too good there Koodo. You might want to start fixing some of the ways you do things. Also, I have a galaxy s5 Neo right now that I got a couple of years ago, and when I went in to get my screen protector replaced ($60 AND warrantied) they told me they had discontinued my phone and they don't sell them anymore. Again, you guys decided not to fill me in so I wasted time out of my life and money I don't have to spend. They guy didn't even offer me in-store credit or ANYTHING. I'm going in to Koodo today to upgrade my phone, and if you guys screw me over again, I'm switching companies. I've been dealing with your bulls*** for YEARS without a single complaint, and today I've had enough. I will never suggest Koodo to anyone again.
