Hello Lisa,

What do you mean by a credit balance?

It is showing a -$105 balance. It's like it's paid off but payments are still going towards the tab too.

If it's say -$105, then you still need to pay it down/off.

If by making a payment of say $55 and part of that goes towards the tab and the tab balance goes to -$120, then it has a larger credit balance. Shouldn't the tab balance be getting closer to zero?

How much Tab charge are you paying monthly?
What plan do you have?

By the sounds of it you have 7 months left to pay. ($105 left, $15/month. $105 ÷ $15 = 7 months).
You will pay it down to $0. Your next bill should say -$90, -$75, etc.

Ok, that makes sense. I will check my tab balance after the next payment is made.
