how did you turn it "off"?  Was it via your phone?  Check the phone to see if it was indeed off.  If it wasnt then it would be a phone setting issue.  If it was off and it shows no more than 100 was used, then it is a Koodo billing/usage issue

Koodo does not have an official "Turn Off when at limit" function on their billing/usage system end.

If that is the case then it was in error.  If it is on the phone, then maybe it was set incorrectly or it reset.  Do you know is she siad it was set on the system or the phone?

She did it on the computer on all 3 phones while in the store.

Koodo doesn't offer this service currently. All they offer at the moment is alerts at 50,75 & 90%.

There must have been some misunderstanding or the rep made a mistake here.

The device has a counter you can set that would turn off data at a set threshold or if not there are apps that you can install to do that.

Right now you're going to need to contact customer service because none of us have the ability to look into your account. Give them a call tomorrow from your phone. It's free. *611

If you signed up on the current Koodo $30 plan it has those features built into the plan. But the plan only comes with 100mb of data in it, not 300mb. All Koodo phones will get notifications at 50% and 90% usage, and in the case of the $30 plan, youll also get cut off at 100% usage. So once they use the 100mb included in the plan they will be blocked and get a text message asking what they want to do. But to try and answer why you mentioned it saying 300mb is included, you will have to call customer service. No one here is able to look into your account but they will be able to help.
