If you are on prepaid you cannot use the app as it is only for postpaid accounts.

Shawn, not sure if you are getting any error messages when trying to log in. I would suggest an alternative to the app which has know to be glitchy here an there. That's just one fo the reason why we are planning on phasing it out. The other is that most customers, especially iPhone users like you simply created a shortcut to their screen of our self-serve site. This gives them far more capabilities than the app that lagged functionalities (rate plan change, tab balance etc. ) Attached is what it would look like to get access to usage etc. if you book marked it yourself:
