Why does Koodo mobile on an androoid no longer connect.

Why does Koodo mobile on an android no longer connect. When I look in the store for a new app all I get is Telus customer apps. Koodo doesn't show up.

Also, when I use the Koodo website I have trouble checking last months usage until the bill has been rendered. It used to allow me to choose prior usage periods.

Koodo no longer has an app, but you can bookmark the self serve page. (https://www.koodomobile.com/help/usin...)
And what do you mean? By "the bill being rendered" do you just mean the pdf loading?

Thanks for the info on the app. By rendered I mean my cycle cutoff iwas Nov 9th, I cannot see the usage from Oct 8 to Nov 9th as that section shows the current cycle and the actual bill is till not available on the website so I can't look at it tin the billing section either.

I'd just give it a couple days and you should be able to see It. I forget how many days it takes but there is a deal between when the bill is generated and the end of your billing cycle.

Thanks for the help but when a company operates pretty much fully self serve with no real support having to wait for online info really doesnt cut it. The fact that virtually all customer support is done by other customers is really pathetic. I am looking for a provider with better support.

That's perfectly fine. The freedom to be able to switch carriers is great.
Koodo does have other support though. Here in the community, through Facebook (messenger) and Twitter dm, and via calling in.
