They don't expect us too, in fact no one is ever asked too. It's all by choice and most of us LOVE it.

Anything we can help you with today?

my phone, tap code no longer works for some reason, and it's telling me to enter my backup PIN? I don't remember ever making a backup PIN, for anything, my phone or Koodo account.

Unfortunately that would be something set up on the phone itself. There is nothing that either we or koodo can do to tell you what it would be. You can try a generic pin like 0000, 1234, or the last 4-digits of your phone number, but if those don't work the best we would be able to do is walk you through a hard reset of your phone. You'd lose any data stored on it, but you would at least be able to use it again.

If you mean to access your Koodo account then this would have been a 4 digit pin that you would have made up with the sales person at the time you originally set up and account with koodo.
