Why does a loyal customer get fewer Canada-wide Minutes than a new customer?  For example, basic $30.00 per month plan upgrade through Self-Serve provides 100 minutes.  If I were a new customer shopping for a new plan the same $30.00 would provide 200 minutes.

You just need to pay off your existing tab and you can sign up with one of the new plans

Next billing date my tab will be paid.  Just looking at alternatives and need accurate coherent information. If I believe the information on plan upgrades provided by logging in through Self-Serve I could pay more per month than I do now and get half the minutes.  As a potential new customer, information re plans provided without logging in, says the minutes would remain the same.   Yes, I'm on an old plan but upgrade?

You can look on the website for the new plans.  If anything, you have the most flaxibility.  You can choose the old plans or you can choose the new plans (note that the new plans are No Tab plans so if you want a subsidized phone you need to add 0-$15 per month in costs.  So the new plans may not be as great as they seem to be.

Also after you pay off your tab the new plan may still not display on self serve.  If so you need to call Koodo to swtich (it's a free call, just tell them you cant change to the new plans on self serve.)
Once you do this though, you will not be able to choose any of the older plans ever again.
