Why do I have a Data charge for International Texts when I just got my phone swapped and haven't made any international texts?? very frustrated and can't reach anyone from koodo by phone because they don't have 24hr service...

Were you charged for data or were you charged for texts, they're not the same thing?

That's pretty strange, maybe your phone connected to a US tower on its own and that's what caused the fee. You can manually select koodo under networks in settings so that it won't happen in the future if that's what happened. I would call Koodo CS and see if the charge can be reversed. Hope that helps! :)
