You're talking about a monthly discount? It should be added on the second or third billing period

Why wouldn't I get it now? That's the reason I signed with Koodo. Was I lied to by Best Buy?

Koodo has never offered discounts for adding multiple lines to an account, just billing credits for certain promotions (but those have nothing to do with the number of lines).

So Best Buy lied to me? I signed for a two year term with two phones because of this. Soooo not impresses

We are just asking what the discount was supposed to be. There was a discount for new lines a couple weeks ago, it was $10/month for 6 months. Is this the one you are referring to? You should have received a service agreement from Best Buy which states what the discount was.
