Why did you limit the iPhone 6 to only the 16GB option?

Ok thanks. Sorry this wasn't an option at the time of my purchase and not because they didn't have any in stock....odd but too late now I guess :(

You can always return it and get the 64BG one. There is a 15 day return period

The phone can still be returned if you bought it directly from a Koodo shop, not a third party retailer like Future Shop, BestBuy etc.

Moral of the story: don't buy from a third party retailer.

Let me be the one to come in and clarify it for you, Z Gates.
The usage limits are for NEW CUSTOMERS who just sign up with Koodo. If they return the phone and stay under the usage, they aren't billed. If they go over the usage, they are billed for the days they used service.

For upgrades, you have 15 days - unlimited usage.

3rd party retailers are bound by carrier policies, Hello. So it doesn't matter.

@Ahmad try returning a phone to Best Buy, Future Shop or another retailer after exceeding the usage limits and tell me how it went!

Thanks Ahmad, that does make sense. Apparently the guy at Future Shop didn't clue in to the fact that I was upgrading when he described that scenario. Either that, or Future Shop acting as a dealer for Koodo doesn't offer the same return policy for customers. Maybe I'll think twice about getting a phone through them. I want to try out an iPhone 6 (assuming I can get my hands on a 64GB model) after years of Android use now that iPhones are finally big enough for a man's hands. I'm a little leery about whether or not I'll be able to handle the differences in customization, etc. so it would be nice to have the option of returning it if it drives me crazy. Although, in the end I could always just sell it for a slight loss.

I think the 64gb version is only available at selected koodo stores. That's what the local koodo store manager at the Bayshore Shopping Center in Ottawa mentioned.
