I was just on a phone call and its 10pm at night and my phone cut out and now it says I'm out of minutes. I originally had 130 mins and I have the 25 dollar plan that gives unlimited evenings and weekends. Any idea what happend?

Seems strange. Is it possible that your base plan expired?

Hi Jeff,
I would contact Koodo directly using *611 from your mobile phone and ask them to look at the charges and explain to you why this happened, there is not much we can do for you about that issue on the Community unfortunately.

Did you make or receive a long distance call? The $25 baseplan includes unlimited messaging (text and picture) and unlimited local calling after 7 p.m. evenings & weekends. The minutes included in the base plans are for local calls. If you want to make or receive long distance calls, you’ll need a Talk Booster add-on. If you did not make or receive a long distance call, follow Mathieu's suggestion.

I have calls coming in (long distance) after 5:30 PM my allotted time frame, are my allotted minutes (200) being used up ? If so do I have to pay for extra minutes if I am not making the call?
