I got my iPhone 4S when they had to be bought with a 3 year contract. I was just looking on my account and realized I have a positive tab of $84. Any reason why I have accumulated a tab? I don't remember agreeing to paying into a tab, so not sure how this happened. Is there a way to undo this?

Hi. From June, when federal changes took effect, 3 year contracts were scrapped, and regardless of amount owing, you don't owe any $$$, that's essentially credit

Makkahn is correct and just to add on you can use the positive tab you have accumulated towards a new phone:) also if you want to stop accumulating tab you can call koodo and have them instead change it to 10% off your plan.

unfortunately you can't change to 10% discount since they changed their tab system :(
