Sorry are you saying that you called after the charge and negotiated a reduced amount and it's not reflected on the current bill? If so then I wouldn't worry. It's possible that it just got carried forward without reflecting the reduced rate. If you're concerned, since it's a billing issue/dispute you can just call 611 to confirm that's the case.
@ Jean, the one-time partial goodwill credit has indeed been given and it's on your August bill which should be available in the next couple of days. As we mentioned to you, the charges stemmed from roaming expenses. They were standard overage fees, however we have provided some assistance bearing those, based on our discussions.
