I riecently bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo with a Koodo plan My mobile # is 778 xxx xxxx. I received note inviting me to sign up for KOODO self-serve which I did. But then it won't let me use my existing e-mail. It wants my new e-mail account - which I don't have.

@John, GetSat, whos software this platform runs off of is working with our security folks to allow single sign on, basically eliminating the need for, as you said, yet another account creation. However, we are extremely cautious, to protect our customers info, how we proceed to make that happen. We are working on it though.
