So this is confusing me, I have 3 phones on my account, one for me, one for my wife and one for my daughter.  The one for my daughter is fine, but I want to change the plan for my wife's line to the same as I have on mine.  Right now her plan costs $53/mo and mine costs $48/mo.  They are identical in features.  But when I log into self serve and try to change that plan for my wife, there is no pan available to change to that is remotely the same as what is listed on the front facing website.

The first pic here shows what plan her phone is on, and what is available, the 2nd pic shows which plan My line is on, and the 3rd pic show what plans Koodo offers on the front facing website.

Any Ideas why I cannot get the $48 plan on to my wife's line?

Not sure. Happens sometimes. Could also be a measure to help prevent people from out of province getting it. You'll have to contact a rep to look into it to get it changed over manually since it's not showing up. You can send a private message via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.

The plan in the 3rd picture is a Tab Large Plan, which can only be had if that line has a Tab Large.

We are in SK, and all lines have a SK number

I would go to the top right and change province to SK when you change your wife phone plan.

I think it could be the TAB type... I would suggest at this point to contact customer service to double check you are under the right TAB type to see your plan eligibility

Looks like you are having a Manitoba/SK plan and your wife is having a different plan from another province.
