What error do you get when you try to make the call? Are you on prepaid or postpaid?

Bob lined it out up above:
Dial *671877#######
So you're dialing the 1-877 number normally but start off by dialing *67 into your keypad, and then the 1877 number

You may need to call the local number of the company if geo-restrictions are in place.

I'm not sure if *67 works on HSPA phones. You may need to use #31# instead.

Blair try dialing #31# then hit call like Timo says. Then dial the number you want to call. I just tried it and after dialing #31# and hitting call my phone came up with a message saying outgoing caller ID has been disabled.
