why cannot i get through to koodo...on hold for 3 hrs!

i understand wait times, but 3 hrs...my service needs to be reconnected, so unfortunately there is nothing the forum can help me with

Doesn't koodo reconnect people who didn't pay their bill after they have done so? Why do you have to call?

Because you have to call and see if you still qualify for service. You can message too as I pointed out above.

Also there may be a reconnection fee to pay
