Why can I not make any calls from my phone when I just made a payment?

Payment was made and it will not reactivate services.....what am I doing wrong?

Are you on prepaid or postpaid?

If your postpaid phone was deactivated due to non-payment, you will need to contact Koodo to have it re-activated.
