Why can I not log into my account??

I am trying to log into my account and it says I need a different email address.

Its 11.00 pm in edmonton alberta so there close and ive been sleeping all day due to me working noghtshifts tonight but this job invobles having a celluar device and i cant do it dialing*611 cause i need to change my. Monthly plan first so it dont renew my old plan that wont be able to use with no calling need calling big time this month! So itried log in into my selfserve accountonline and sure as shitit saying wrong email. And password wtf wtf wtf im stressingrightout i onlyhave halfhour to figure this out and be down at work or im screwed for job andall cause they onlywant the best. And peopme need to be on time....

Did you send a private message from Facebook or a DM from Twitter, Dennis suggested? That usually gets a faster response. An email to Koodo only works if you can login to your account.
