why aren't there any low min/high data plans?

I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't need a lot of minutes anymore. I have 100 anytime minutes and free evening/weekends. so far this month, I've used 15 min total. I want to add data to my plan but 100mb is pretty much useless in todays world. is there not a big demand for plans something like 100min and 500mb data for $35 since none of the big3 have such plans?

Because data is expensive. Even if that plan would exist the price would be as expensive as it is right now. Minutes are cheap so that's not what's driving the price up

yes I realize that, but if you look at the tab + plans there is an option to get a $10 cheaper plan by taking less minutes. I know those plans are higher in price, but why can't that option be added to the tab plans for say $5 off, hence my 100 min/500mb for $35 instead of $40?
