I live in Malaysia. My daughter goes to school in Canada. We tried to get her phone service with your company but after taking all my details (including credit card) you rejected my application as I am a foreigner. Yet several months later, we find you have a collection agency trying to charge us nearly Can$500 for the service you refused to provide us in the first place. When I tried calling you, your call centre said to wait for 20 minutes. I am calling from Malaysia, so no thank you. Your online forms don't seem to allow any real communication so I'm trying every way to get you to contact me and explain what the heck you are doing?
