have you ever tried to pay your bill online without having to type in your phone number?
it is not possible.
how could this happen?
very easy - you sign up for a koodo service that is supposed to work in the area you live in.
after trying the service you find it is not working at all and cancel the service, waiting for the final bill to arrive.
when the bill arrives it has a customer number with it and no phone number.
by this time you have discarded all paperwork into the garbage bin, including that with the phone number because you are so disgusted with the service, that where it all belongs to be.
the next problem is trying to pay the bill by phone - also impossible as you have to type in your phone number which is where it belongs - in the garbage bin
so the only option you have is to go to a store to pay the bill and hope that the agent can retrieve your phone number from your customer number
koodo sucks

Appreciate the honest feedback Daniel! Even after cancelling your services you should be able to log in to your online account and pay any remaining invoices. The log in requires a username and password. Your phone number is not required online. Have you tried to get to your account that way?

Hey there Daniel! Were you able to make your final bill payment? On your final invoice, your account number will be identified. If you do not remember your mobile phone number, provide us with your account number or full name when you call in and we will be able to locate your account and proceed with a credit card payment. If you would rather pay your bill at the bank, simply take your invoice to your bank and they will do the rest! Keep us posted.
