why am I still getting charged 15 a month to keep my number when I cancelled my preauthorised payments and deactivate my number?

  • I am very frustrated I cancelled everything with koodo more than a month ago and I'm still getting charged a fee when my number doesn't even work

What does page 3 of your bill say? It sounds like you were put on seasonal hold instead of outright cancelled. If you wish to keep your number for future use ,i would suggest porting you number to a VoIP service such as Fongo or Textnow so you can still get some usage as well if you desire via wi-fi and not pay monthly. Fongo charges a one-time porting fee.

You are not getting charged Sara. Your September bill was the last one and indeed it had a partial charge of about $15 on as the last outstanding amount. Your October bill was zero dollars.
