Why am I still being billed for my tab when the balance is zero.?

Is this your month that it should be paid off fully? Did you have a partial amount or a full amount or its already gone to zero before tisonth and it's still charging you and putting you into a positive tab balance ?

I have the same issue... Zero balance on tab yet I am still charged. Pls. help.

Indeed the situation is the same. You purchased your phone in Jan 2016 Gina. Your most recent invoice (January) had the last Tab payment on it. February will have none,

It said zero balance in December. Payment to come out February shows I will be paying it.

In that case you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out as we cannot do billing disputes / issues here.

@Diane, you are indeed at $0 for your tab as of February. You bought your phone in January 2 years ago. So, the last payment of the tab is in this month. 



So, everything seems in order. Hope this helps!
You can also check your Tab balance online and you will see it being zero.
