Why am I not receiving any notifications for my koodo bill, even when I have it selected?

Okay Koodo?   Why is it that I have not received any email notifications since my last one back on January 10, 2018?  As of then I have not received any notifications saying a bill is ready for February, March and April.  To add to it, I see on my account settings, I am setup for bill notifications to my email, and the address is right.  So what is the problem guys?!

I know you love to send your ads to my phone telling me I can pick up a "new iPhone", but why can't send the reminders?  Really?  Do you guys want to be paid or am I now getting free service?

Different prompts. I gudss there's some backend issue. No need to be lippy. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it will be looked at and resolved.

@James, March's invoice I can see was delivered to your email address, however, for some reason April wasn't.



There could be a number reason, not just on our end but the email server provider as well. Will check to see if we have any info on why April didn't make it. You can also add SMS notification as a fall back.

Your April invoice didn't go out because it's on the 10th of every month. Today. Check your email James. It's been sent. If you don't have it the issue is on email server end.

You can also set it so it sends to both email and sms.  At least until you are sure the email is working

If Bernard or another employee cannot link your name / email on getsat to your Koodo account, you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it looked at. You can also do as Bernard suggested and add sms notification as a backup.

You did receive an SMS Gerry on March 19th. And one in February. We'll try to see if and why email has't been generated.

I have been checking for my first bill, but as of today April 10th, my online account shows nothing due although two months tab  payments show on my Tab balance.

The first billing was to be from May 8-April 7, and the current one from April 8 - May 7.

As Koodo doesn't seem to have caught up with everything, to avoid problems, I postdated an online bank payment to my Koodo account for April 12th  [estimated 2 month billing]. Hope it doesn't get lost.
