Why am I not receiving a bill either email or mail

What is your billing cycle?
You will receive your Ebill notification 2-5 days after your bill date.

: If your billing cycle is 15th of the month to 14th of the next month, you will receive your bill around 17th-19th.

Also, Log into self serve > Overview > scroll down and click View transaction history > Change bill type/notification > You can choose Text Or/And Email notification

@ Sandra On the 20th of May we sent you an SMS to let you know your bill is ready online. We only have e.bills so all the info is online. I see you logged in and tried to make a payment. It seems you have a non-Canadian credit card which would have to be registered with us first before payments would be accepted. Pls give us a call so we can help you with that.
