Why am I not able to check my usage once I have suspended my phone? I would like to see the charges as it was stolen.

I am confused as to why I am not able to access the usage of my phone after suspending it. I would like to be able to see the charges, if any, while it has been stolen.

I think that's a system limitation of Self Serve. Your best bet is to call in to customer service from someone else's phone at 1-866-995-6636. It's free to talk to someone about this since you can't see it online.

Also yes, it's a good idea.
