Why am I getting billed for data when I don't use data? Only used text & phone.

I was charged for 26 Mb of data when I didn't use any data. This is the second time this has happened & I am ready now to cancel my Koodo account. Their customer service is non-existent.

Is your data turned off?

A lot of phones incur what's called "data leakage". That's when apps use data in the background. You can avoid this by actually turning data off on your device or placing a "Data Block" on your account.

I can get though daily during their operating hours with just a little bit of hold time
